  • How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the service and level of support. We offer individual services (like audits or policies) and bundled programs (like ProSTART or Thrive). You can schedule a free consultation to receive a personalized quote based on your needs.
  • What kind of support do you offer after licensing?
We provide 6-month and 12-month coaching programs, including compliance updates, staff training, document reviews, and real-time consulting. You’ll never have to navigate the industry alone.
  • How do I register and pay for an HCR event or webinar?
Visit our Events page to view upcoming sessions. Click the registration link, which will direct you to our Wix Events system where you can sign up and pay securely. You’ll receive a confirmation and any materials by email.
  • Are your events recorded if I can’t attend live?
Many of our trainings and webinars are recorded. If you register but can’t attend live, you’ll receive a replay link within 48 hours. Be sure to check each event listing for availability of replays.
  • I already have a license. Can HCR help me grow or restructure my agency?
Absolutely. We offer ongoing coaching, team trainings, document updates, and strategic planning to help you build efficient systems, retain caregivers, and expand your services or locations.
  • Do you help with VA contracts or expanding into other states?
Yes. We assist with specialty program applications like the VA Community Care Network and multi-state licensing expansion. Let us know your goals, and we’ll build a roadmap to get there.
  • How long does the licensing process take?
The full licensing timeline can take 3 to 6 months, depending on how quickly you complete your requirements and how long the state takes to process your application. We work with you to streamline every step and reduce avoidable delays.
  • What are the steps to get my home care agency licensed in California?
You’ll need to form your business entity (LLC or Corp), apply for an EIN, set up your administrator training, complete fingerprinting, acquire insurance, and submit a detailed license application with policies. HCR handles this process from start to finish through our ProSTART Licensing Program, ensuring you're fully prepared for inspection and approval.
  • What is a PAGA Risk Audit, and why is it important?
A PAGA Risk Audit helps identify labor law violations that could expose your agency to lawsuits under California’s Private Attorneys General Act. We review caregiver files, wage statements, timekeeping, and policies, then help correct any gaps to protect your business.
  • What happens during a Mock Compliance Inspection?
We simulate a real visit from the Home Care Services Bureau, reviewing files, interviewing staff, and inspecting your physical or virtual office setup. You’ll receive a compliance scorecard and a detailed action plan to fix any issues before a real inspection.
